canada day dinner and snack packages

it’s not a real canada day celebration with out a real canadian meal so we’re introducing a summer salmon dinner package and a canada day weekend snack pack. the dinner features cedar planked salmon with shallot dill aioli, lovage potato salad, buttermilk biscuits, and a choice of 2 additional salads – all for only $28 per person. the best part is it’s all cooked and ready to eat (though the salmon can be warmed if you prefer). the canada day snack pack features some new items we’ll be offering – cedar planked salmon rillettes, roasted red pepper hummus, eggplant and feta dip, hickory maple pecan popcorn, three farmers chick pea snacks, crostini, and pita chips – all for $40. give us a call if you want to order the salmon dinner package and we’ll have the snack package available in the shop starting monday, june 27^th. you can find out more on the forage catering website here. we are also going to have other canadian favorites on the menu that week like maple bbq chicken wings and butter tarts! a heads up that we will be closed friday, july 1^st – canada day – and we will be open saturday, july 2^nd.
