marda loop justice film festival sponsorship

it’s been my belief that knowledge involves choice. when we choose to learn about important topics we are also choosing to have our beliefs and values challenged. that can be a tough thing so it tends to be easier to just choose to not know. the marda loop justice film festival has been providing the opportunity to gain knowledge and challenge our view of the world for 10 years and forage is proudly sponsoring this year’s event. The festival is november 15th to 20th and the main venue is right in our neighborhood at river park church. the festival also hosts films throughout the year and this tuesday, september 13th there is a showing of pipelines, power, and democracy at 7pm. like all festival events the viewing is free and is followed by a discussion with the filmmakers. this is an important and timely issue so choose to gain some knowledge and take in this film.
