forage thanksgiving menu

it’s only three weeks away but we started to get inquiries for thanksgiving a month ago!  in response, we have added a thanksgiving menu of special sides and sweets to help you round out your entertaining – all you have to do is add the protein of your choice.  we ask that orders be in by end of day wednesday, october 5th for pick up on the thursday, friday, or saturday of the thanksgiving weekend.  all items are fully cooked and just require heating.  you can check out the menu here or click the tab above.

here are the daily specials for the week of september 19th:

monday – spaghetti pie

sunworks farm organic beef meat sauce, spaghetti, ricotta, mozzarella served with marinated vegetable salad  $14

tuesday – bbq chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken with tangy bbq sauce served with buttermilk mashed potatoes, chili buttered kohut corn, apple cider slaw, corn bread  $18

wednesday – macaroni & cheese

our take on the classic comfort food dish. we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheese  $9  add a green salad  $5

thursday – taco beef salad

sunworks farm organic beef with taco spice, lettuces, tomatoes, corn, peppers, black and kidney beans, cheddar, tres marias corn tortillas, creamy avocado chipotle lime dressing  $16

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $48 whole  $29 half  $16 quarter

seasonal vegetables with herb butter add on $13 whole $8 half $5 quarter

saturday – italian frittata

italian chicken sausage, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, potatoes, sunworks eggs  $10  green salad  $5
