for the week of april 5th

Our next Pop Up is on Thursday, April 15th and will be available for pick up between 4pm and 6:30pm. It will all be ready to eat and require no cooking.

tapas menu $68 for two people

nibbles:

serrano ham, manchego cheese, olives, marcona almonds, tomatoes, bread

two portions of each of the following:

boquerones, piparras, & olive on a stick – pickled white anchovy, pickled pepper, and green olive

moorish chicken skewer – grilled lemon saffron marinated chicken with shallot and black olive

braised beef croquetas – chianti braised beef with ramiro peppers and bechamel – breaded and fried

patatas bravas – french fried potatoes with a spicy red pepper sauce

shrimp in salsa verde – large tiger shrimp with lemon, garlic, parsley, capers, and olive oil

grilled brussels sprouts and green beans with romesco sauce – finished with chorizo and apple cider

black pepper mackerel salad on endive – lightly smoked mackerel, mayonnaise, preserved lemon pickled onions, endive spear

something sweet  $20

cocktail desserts – 2 of each

dark chocolate mousse with cocoa nib brittle

almond cake with candied orange

sangria mix – $8

cane sugar syrup, orange, peach, blueberry, strawberry, lemon, and cinnamon

ready to mix with a bottle of rioja and ice
