monday – butter chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken simmered with curry spices, tomatoes, ginger, onions, cream, and butter served with basmati rice  $16  raita cucumber salad  $5

tuesday – turkey salsa verde

heritage isle (formally greens, eggs, and ham) turkey, hominy, beans, corn, rice, salsa verde sour cream sauce, tres marias corn tortillas, and jack cheese served with chipotle avocado slaw  $16

wednesday – vegetable lasagna

house made pasta, tomato sauce, ricotta, squash, spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella  $12  add italian green salad  $5

thursday – vietnamese chicken salad

it’s a rare occurrence but let’s warm up february with a taste of summer! sunworks farm organic chicken, broxburn lettuce, carrots, peppers, snap peas, rice noodles, and chili lime vinaigrette  $17

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $50 whole  $30 half  $16 quarter

saturday – ham & swiss quiche
